When he’s not competing in the NASCAR Cup Series, Kyle Larson can often be found racing sprint cars. This week, Larson was racing in a winged sprint car event at the Plymouth Dirt Track in Wisconsin. Unfortunately, during the World of Outlaws feature race, on the seventh lap, Larson’s car experienced a mechanical failure and flipped end over end, crashing into the catch-fencing. Larson, the 2021 NASCAR Cup champion, was able to walk away from the wreck unharmed. Despite the incident, Larson is now preparing for the next round of the 2025 season in Michigan, where he has previously found success, including his first Cup Series win in 2016.
